She is an Alumnus of Stern School of Business (NYU) and Lagos Business School Executive Education. Prior to joining Union Trustees Limited, she was the Group Executive, Integration at Greenwich Trust Limited and has worked in GTL Registrar as the Divisional Head Finance & Management Services/Group CFO (Formerly Union Registrars Ltd).
She is a consummate Finance and Investment Specialist a Certified Trust and Estate Practioner and a .result-oriented professional with over two (2) decades of outstanding track records of excellence in trusteeship, financial planning , wealth management , financial reporting & control, financial analysis & modelling, strategic planning & budgeting, tax management & planning, treasury & Investment Management, audit & compliance and performance management, offering significant management experience gained in local and world class financial and large corporate institutions.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Associate Member of the following professional bodies: Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (UK).
She has attended several management trainings both locally and internationally.
