Key Responsibilities are to:
- Develop the organisation’s corporate messaging to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values and business objectives.
- Craft compelling content including posts, images, videos and graphics that communicate the organisation’s mission, vision and key messages.
- Develop and drive social media strategies to enhance the organisation’s online presence and engage with key stakeholders.
- Build and nurture a community of followers, respond to comments, inquiries, and engage in conversations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align communication strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
- Identify customer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications to employees, keeping them informed and engaged with company news and updates.
- Support crisis communication efforts by providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders and managing communication channels effectively.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven 3 – 5 experiences in similar role
- Must posses’ skills in digital content creation, social media management and stakeholders’ engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen eye for details
- Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies that support business objectives.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
