Mrs. Olufunke Aiyepola, UTL Trustees Managing Director, has urged the National Assembly to ensure speedy passage of the Trustees Act into law. This will to enhance adoption of trusteeship in Nigeria. She made this appeal at a news conference in Lagos.
Mrs. Aiyepola also commented on the current tax ecosystem affecting the utilization of trust solutions. She urged government to ensure re-inclusion of Trust arrangements in Pension Reform Act 2004. and spoke on the benefits of WillPower.
